You’ve arrived at mid-life, which is a little surreal – kinda like that Talking Heads song;
And you may ask yourself…well…How did I get here?
Midlife is tricky because you look around and feel so grateful for the life you’ve built, but you also know things are changing – with your body – What happened to all that energy I used to have? Your relationship feels a little rough around the edge because you just don’t have patience like you used to.
You know that you need to put more time and attention toward yourself and less on making everyone else happy and comfortable.
But most days you feel like you are on a hamster wheel, and you just can’t. Get. Off. You don’t need anyone telling you to eat healthier or how to cook. You probably also know exactly what to do at the gym, too.
What you do need help with are tricks to find more time in the day to get to YOU, or how to make yourself feel better after a shitty day without opening a bottle of Rosé, or how to get your family to pitch in more around the house without getting shrill, and for-the-love-of-Mike, some answers to why you can no longer take off those pounds like you used to.
Something always seems to interrupt the positive momentum you try to create, which is why you sometimes you wonder if you’ll ever get your life where you really want it to be and feel good again.
How can you?
I hear you.
You’re in midlife and things ARE changing. You are changing, but you most definitely are not alone. Something shifted within me, my relationship, and my own body when I turned 45 and my life hasn’t been the same since. I’ve been there and I’ve faced all of these obstacles, too.
I want you to know that you CAN start to feel your best again in mid-life, and it’s not by getting up earlier or spending money to do it. It’s NOT too late to create that positive momentum you’ve been looking for in your life. This time in your life may feel strange and uncomfortable in many ways, but that’s because it’s the perfect time to start making real changes that matter.
You just need some support, some proven systems, and a few resources to get you feeling better – more confident, and more in control amidst all of these changes. I can help you put your mind, body, & heart back together in midlife to thrive again.

As a wife to a traveling yacht captain and mother of two, my 30’s went by in a blur of adrenaline. I got really good at struggling to do everything myself and do it well. I always managed to fit everything in, even if it meant no sleep. A health scare & early onset menopause at age 41 stopped me in my tracks and made see the devastating effects of not supporting and nurturing myself; inside and out.
When your body breaks you sit up and start to pay attention.
I decided then that against all evidence I would do whatever I had to do to thrive again. I began to research and question everything about what it means to age. I began experimenting in my life with what I learned. I tried new things. I opened my mind. I healed myself with food. I created systems for keeping myself organized. I learned how to manage my brain and say no to others. I learned how to coach myself through the rough patches. I started making my goals come true.
It turns out that sharing what I’ve learned with my community is what nourishes my soul every day. It doesn’t have to take you nearly as long as it did for me. You just have to be ready.
