I created a Tone It up Nutrition Plan Recipe Index way back in 2014 as part of my mission to make meal planning easier and faster. This index has helped me to quickly find recipes from the Nutrition Guide when I’m meal-planning for the week. Having it has also helped me get the most out of the plan because I’m making so many more recipes now.
Karena & Katrina recently revised and updated the plan, did you see? I love the new format – it’s so much easier to read and finally includes a Table of Contents so you can easily find the recipes and page numbers.
I’ve updated my Index to reflect the new page numbers of the updated regular Nutrition Plan. I further organized the index according to whether or not they require cooking. Many don’t, which is great, but often it’s hard to tell from the recipe title, so I find it so useful when I’m planning.
