I’m pumped to hear that so many of you are experimenting with a primal/paleo or ketogenic way of eating. Woot! i’m also hearing about some great successes you’re having; better skin, pounds lost, and energy regained. Awesome. So, I want my Ketonian readers to know hat I’ve got a sweet little keto freebie for you!
This month, I am switching things up by following The 30-Day Ketogenic Cleanse: Reset Your Metabolism with 160 Tasty Whole-Food Recipes & Meal Plans by respected keto expert Maria Emmerich.
My intent is to put all of the pieces together over the next 30 days – food compliance, fasted morning workouts, and 18-hour daily intermittent fasting. In order to do this, I’ve got to stay organized and on top of it all month long.
Maria’s meal plan and shopping lists make this 30-day detox plan easy to follow, but it’s a lot of cooking, so I knew I’d be meal prepping twice a week in order to not feel overwhelmed. I felt like I needed a chart to easily see all my meals and workouts at a glance to keep me organized, so I made one!
