1. 15-minute session
You call my conference number at the appointed time. We will get to know each other, identify a single issue and find a solution so you can feel better fast. Or we can discuss what you would like to accomplish over several coaching sessions to be sure it’s a good fit for you before you commit to purchasing a session.
20 minutes – $25
2. 30-minute single coaching session
With a single session of 30 minutes, we can begin working on any area that you want to feel better about – keto, low carb, exercise, motivation, organization, meal planning, or assistance with learning how to coach yourself through anything. Includes a follow-up email where I will provide you with a written summary of my recommendations and attach resources I have to give to you.
30-minute session $50.00
3. 5 Weeks To Thrive Coaching Bundle
This package consists of 5 30-minute phone coaching sessions over a 5-week period. We devise and work together on a customized approach to what you need to thrive. Each week is designed to that is designed to build on the momentum of the previous week and includes weekly email support & a 1 week customized meal plan. You will learn how to coach yourself through your obstacles and be able to apply that going forward.
5 session bundle for $500.00 – payment is required in-full & upfront. Book the first session & then I will schedule the rest with you during our session.
