I came to personal coaching with a masters degree in education, and have been motivating and encouraging people to find their best expression of health & vitality my whole life. It really rewarding to find a niche that I am passionate about – midlife health and nutrition. I’ve been researching and writing in this field since 2012. In that time I’ve also been applying those concepts to my own life so I know what works and I have a ton of resources to share. You can find most of those here on the site. But sometimes working one on one is the best way to get that information, focused advice, and insight. I’ve helped my readers with the low carb lifestyle, meal planning, over-drinking, the skill of how to coach yourself through any obstacle, hormonal issues, and personal relationships. People have always sought me out because frankly, I give good advice. I love listening and troubleshooting and motivating my readers to find the right path forward when they’re stuck.
